- Host: A person or team that is able to promote the conference, recruit others to attend and work with our office in conference logistics.
- Practicum Site: A healthcare facility (hospital, convalescent center, nursing home, hospice center, etc.) to serve as a field practicum site with real patients during.
- Plan: An ongoing plan to engage conference participants in continuing spiritual care and networking ministry
